The platform is CNC machined from 7075 aluminum, providing unparalleled strength and durability. The central locking system features a "Q-shaped" design, allowing users to swap the center within 3 seconds. The LG series also features Leofoto's latest 3rd generation carbon fiber, with increased density and a unique "snow capped mountain pattern" inspired by nature. Included with the tripod is the LH-36 Low-Profile Ball Head, made of lightweight aluminum and featuring an Arca-type compatible quick release system. The ball head has a precisely-machined ball for ultra-smooth movements, and a large, ergonomically-designed locking knob for controlling the movement of the ball head. Laser-engraved scales on the panning base provide precise control during panorama shooting, and dual drop notches allow for rapid changes from horizontal to vertical orientation.
