Had a small hiccup with shipping on the order, customer service very quickly took care of the issue. They sent me UPS label to return the merchandise and shipped the correct item that day. Very happy with the quality of LM 404CL and ball head. Will be buying again from Leophoto. Great folks to deal with. The legs are big, tall and very sturdy. Using them with a big fluid head and a Sony 600/4 lens to record videos. Super happy.
