Description

The Leofoto LB Series Leveling Base with Butterfly Handle acts like a half ball, with the LB-38 mini providing a leveling range of +/-10°, while the other models in the series offer a range of +/-15°. It locks easily and securely in position with a twist of the large butterfly handle at the base of the ball. This leveling base installs on any tripod with a 3/8" mounting stud.

The anti-twist safety screw design uses three set screws on the platform to secure the ball head in place on top of the leveling base.

Well designed and Integrated

I purchased the LB-75S with my Leofoto LMP-324CL(Long) Water-Resistant Tripod. It integrates very well and fast. It is very easy to use. The only thing I wished they had added as a hook on the bottom.

3 set-screws are bonus.

locking ring (wing nut) is a little difficult to loose if locked too hard.

Anyway, the base is steady once locked.
