Order Questions
Before your order is shipped, you can change or cancel your order by emailing us at info@leofotousa.com.
If your order has already been processed to ship, we are unable to change or cancel your order. You are more than welcome to return the product/s to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
No, you may only use one discount per order.
If an item is marked as "Pre-Order," this item is not available to ship yet.
We will email you with the estimated delivery date range. Please be aware that dates are approximate and are subject to change.
Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is placed to hold your spot in line.
Shipping Questions
We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders take 1-2 business days to process.
An email with the package tracking details is sent as soon as your order is shipped.

Expedited shipping option is available for delivery in 2-3 business days
International
Free express worldwide shipping for orders over $299.00 USD
$25 flat shipping fee for orders below $299.00 USD
Delivery time depends on Customs Clearance/Local Postal Agent
Customer is responsible for any duty or tax-related costs
If you think that your package is lost or delayed, please email info@leofotousa.com with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can best assist you.
Normally, we will file a shipping claim and wait for the investigation.
Warranty and Return Questions

You don’t need to contact us to ship the return.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except for product defects.

Please be advised that Leofoto USA does not provide a warranty of any type or of any manner for any products purchased from resellers other than the authorized dealers listed above. However, Leofoto USA can provide services for the product purchased from unauthorized sellers for a fee.
