Leofoto USA is the only official partner of Leofoto in North America, located in New Orleans. All orders will be shipped from the local warehouse in New Orleans. Leofoto North American Service Center is also located here.

Shipping Questions

Leofoto USA processes orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders take 1-2 business days to process.

An email with the package tracking details is sent as soon as your order is shipped

USA: Free shipping. Delivery time is around 3-5 business days

Worldwide: Free express worldwide shipping for orders over $300.00 USD

Delivery time depends on Customs Clearance/Local Postal Agent

Customer is responsible for any duty or tax-related costs

Warranty and Return Questions

Leofoto strives to provide the best quality and service to customers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
