Leofoto is a leading and specialized brand in photographic equipment. With over 15 years of experience, Leofoto has been manufacturing high-quality products and providing exceptional service to photographers worldwide.

Leofoto USA is the exclusive partner of Leofoto in North America, and our headquarters are located in New Orleans, where the Leofoto North American Service Center is also situated. All Leofoto products come with a 10-year warranty.

We offer special bulk order pricing for businesses and schools. If you are interested in bulk orders, please contact us at info@leofotousa.com for a quote.

Order Questions

Before your order is shipped, you can change or cancel your order by emailing us at info@leofotousa.com.

If your order has already been processed to ship, we are unable to change or cancel your order. You are more than welcome to return the product/s to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

No, you may only use one discount per order. 

If an item is marked as "Pre-Order," this item is not available to ship yet. 

We will email you with the estimated delivery date range. Please be aware that dates are approximate and are subject to change.

Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is placed to hold your spot in line.

Shipping Questions

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.

 

USA

  • We offer free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
  • If you need your order sooner, we also offer an expedited shipping option for delivery in 2-3 business days.

International

  • International orders over $299.00 USD qualify for free express worldwide shipping.
  • For orders under $299.00 USD, there's a flat shipping fee of $29.
  • Delivery time is dependent on Customs Clearance/Local Postal Agent.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for any duty or tax-related costs.

If you suspect that your package is lost or delayed, please contact our customer support team at info@leofotousa.com with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can best assist you.

In most cases, we will file a shipping claim on your behalf and wait for the investigation to conclude. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible.

Warranty and Return Questions

Leofoto strives to provide the best quality and service to customers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

You don’t need to contact us to ship the return.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except for product defects.

We will normally process the refund within one to two business days once we receive your return.

Thank you for your recent purchase at Leofoto USA. For warranty details, please refer to this page. There's no need to register your warranty as it is automatic when purchased from Leofoto USA.

Please note that products purchased from resellers other than the authorized dealers listed above are not covered under warranty by Leofoto USA. However, we are still able to provide services for products purchased from unauthorized sellers for a fee.
