Lifetime Warranty — Because We Care

Leofoto products purchased through authorized Leofoto USA channels are covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

Electronic products are covered by a 1-year warranty.

If you need warranty service, please contact us at info@leofotousa.com and provide a valid proof of purchase. Our service team will review your claim and determine whether the product qualifies for repair or replacement.

Warranty Exclusions

The Leofoto USA Warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers or other sources not listed above.

The warranty does not cover:

• Loss or theft
• Deliberate or intentional damage
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
• Normal wear and tear
• Replacement of tripod leg shims or other spare parts resulting from normal use
• Lost or missing parts, such as tripod legs

International warranty claims shipped from destinations outside the United States may be subject to an international shipping fee.
