Thank you for choosing Leofoto USA. To ensure that you receive the best possible support and stay up-to-date with our latest products and offers, we kindly request that you register your purchase with us. You will have access to the following benefits:

  • Warranty - We stand behind the quality of our products and Lifetime Warranty—Because we care.
  • Effective May 1, 2024, all purchases of tripods and heads will be eligible for a lifetime warranty, while other accessories will be covered under a 10-year warranty. Products purchased before this date come with a limited 10-year warranty.
  • Exception: Except for the new release X version tripods, all such tripods come with a lifetime warranty. (Including LS-X, SA-X, ST-X, SO-X, etc.)
  • To avail of warranty services, kindly submit all requests along with a valid receipt dated after May 1, 2024 to info@leofotousa.com. Our dedicated team will promptly assess your claim and facilitate repair or replacement as necessary.
  • Limited for purchases made on Leofoto USA official stores: leofotousa.com / leofotooutdoors.com, Leofoto USA on eBay, Leofoto USA on Amazon, Leofoto USA on Walmart, and Authorized Leofoto USA Dealers.
  • Warranty Exclusion - The Leofoto USA Warranty does not apply to any products purchased from resellers other than the authorized stores listed above. The Leofoto USA Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as replacement of tripod leg shims or other spare parts resulting from regular use. Additionally, lost parts, such as missing legs, are not covered under warranty.
  • For further assistance or to inquire about purchasing replacement parts, please contact us directly.
  • International destinations outside of the United States will be subject to an international shipping fee for warranty claims.
  • Unregistered Products - The Leofoto USA Service Center can provide services for the products purchased from unauthorized sellers for a service fee.
  • To file for a warranty claim, please contact us at info@leofotousa.com with a Proof of Purchase and a detailed description of the issue(s) with pictures if possible.
  • Support - Our team is always available to provide aftercare support for your products. By registering your purchase, you can easily access our support services to ensure that you get the most from your products.
  • Offers & Updates - As a registered Leofoto USA customer, you will receive special offers, notifications of new products, and featured updates to keep you informed and up-to-date.


WARRANTY CLAIM: If the product qualifies for Leofoto USA's Warranty, please send the defective product to the Leofoto USA Service Center at the address below. Once the Leofoto USA Service Center receives and inspects the product, a replacement may be issued within 2-3 business days.
