Warranty Exclusion - The Leofoto USA 10 Year Warranty does not apply to any products purchased from resellers other than the authorized stores listed above. The Leofoto USA 10 Year Warranty does not cover products that are intentionally damaged, products that are modified, and lost or stolen products.
Unregistered Products - The Leofoto USA Service Center can provide services for the products purchased from unauthorized sellers for a service fee.
To file for a warranty claim, please contact us at info@leofotousa.com with a Proof of Purchase and a detailed description of the issue(s) with pictures if possible.

WARRANTY CLAIM: If the product qualifies for Leofoto USA's 10 Year Warranty, please send the defective product to the Leofoto USA Service Center at the address below. Once the Leofoto USA Service Center receives and inspects the product, a replacement may be issued within 2-3 business days.
