The Leofoto BV-5B Mini Fluid Head for Optics is the perfect head to use with a spotting scope. The mini fluid head has a tilt function and dial lock as well as a panning base and lock. There are rosette handle mounts on either side of the head to mount the handle on either side. The handle is shorter by request to be more compact. Constructed from 6061-T6, hard anodized aluminum you can rest assured it's built to last.
This mini-head is perfect for my spotting scopes. I wasn't sure which head to go with, so I reached out to Leofoto and this was their recommendation. They nailed it! I highly recommend their monopods and heads, high quality products that work great.

Great Head & Excellent Size
This head is great for someone who wants to keep their travel kit small & compact. The short arm easily fits in my carry-on luggage. I appreciate the high-quality arca-swiss compatible plate. Great addition to my kit
