Leofoto replacement foot for Canon RF 100-500mm

I stumbled across the Leofoto replacement foot for my Canon RF 100-500mm while reading an article on Canon’s website forum. The original poster was complaining that the Canon foot was loose no matter how much they tightened it. Then someone recommended the Leofoto replacement. I liked how the Leofoto uses an Arca-Swiss base plate. I didn’t want to add an Arca-Swiss adapter plate to the Canon foot, so I immediately ordered the Leofoto, I’ve been using the Leofoto foot for two weeks and couldn’t imagine using this lens without it. I appreciate the safety stops and silicone pad that makes carrying the lens more comfortable. The foot also has excellent build quality and finish.

Great Replacement for Canon's lensfoot that does not get tight

This oen is a great replacement for the problematic Canon Lensfoot that does not tighten down 100%. Fits perfectly. One issue though. When having the camera and lens level, the marking of the ring are off by a few degrees. No big deal, but wish that would be 100% to help use alignments better.
