Leofoto LCH-1 Folding Portable Mini Tray/ Table, 1/4" Mounting

For me, the small size has been useful. It doesn't take up much space on an outwardly direction. And the diminutive, but smoothly finished and round-cornered aluminum platform will hold only what's necessary. Mounted onto a sturdy and stable tripod, this mini tray can even be a mini bistro table that'll hold a coffee mug and pastry while outdoors. But after two years of dependable service by the mini tray, I had an accident with it, where I ended up severing its two securing screws. Horrid thoughts ran through my mind about problems that I might encounter with Leofoto's customer service. But thankfully, that would not be the case.

For one important factor that I greatly appreciate is the company's customer service phone number so I can speak with a real person. There is no substitute for interacting with a genuinely helpful human being. It turns out that the screws are custom size and that they would need to be imported from overseas (I did not ask from where). Remarkably, I still got them reasonably fast. After I had emailed pictures of my problem until my receipt of the replacement screws, about 37 days have passed.

Overall, this reliable and high-quality mini tray has many uses. Even better than that, however, is Leofoto's customer service. So as the company already produces premium products based on my other purchases, Leofoto then backs them up with stellar service.

Good quality- just wish it was fractionally larger

I really like the LCH-1 mini tray table. It does what it is supposed to do. But I find it just a bit small. I would love it if we could have a folding (best feature) not so mini tray table. Perhaps 13" x 11".

Had to return because it was too small. Wished they offered bigger size--12 x 17 (8.5x11 folded) or something even bigger would be nice--20 x 28 (10x14 folded) would allow for some working desk space.
