My OM 1 Mark II likes the fit of the Leofoto L Plate. Works great for me!

Very nice quality, like the fact that the wrench stays with the unit. Be aware that with the bracket on you lose some functionality with articulating screen on the camera. Not a big deal to me but might be for others.

I've never understood quite why custom L-brackets are so expensive. The Leofoto is by far from being the worst offender but given you can get a generic part for less than £10 or so, it's difficult to see why a custom part is so much more.

The LPO-OM-1 is just about at the upper limit of what I was willing to pay, with the added complexity that it seems no European distributor carries it, so I had to order from the USA and take the hit on shipping, adding to the cost.

It's a little irritating that the strap loop at the left-hand end of the camera is slightly fouled by the bracket but otherwise the bracket does a great job.
