Minimal use so far, but this tripod appears to be very solid, steady, and capable of performing like more expensive competitors. It's slightly taller than ideal for me when closed for traveling, but it works. Also, a slightly wider leg angle would make it even more steady in windy conditions (I'd happily sacrifice an inch or two of height for this). All that said, I did a ton of research on options and this tripod's specs and testing/reviews were the best I could find for my needs. Having had some time to play with it in person, it does not disappoint.
