I screwed up and put an old address in and didn't catch it until it was deeply into shipping. I couldn't change it with Fedex so I called Leofoto and even though it wasn't super easy this late in the game, they got it fixed for me. They were really kind the whole time even though it was my fault. The product itself is awesome and I am absolutely loving the light tripod and excellent gimble. Even if there is something slightly better out there, this company won business going forward.
