Leofoto QS-60M: x1 QS-60 Receiver Base and x2 Q60 Connecting Plates, Ballhead Quick-Link System 3/8"

To my knowledge, there is no commercial equivalent to Leofoto’s QS system. I’ve standardized on the 60mm size (QS-60) for all my heads and clamps. Hint: Determine a preferred alignment for all devices, mark both base and connecting bayonet sections with 1mm white paint marker so there’s no fumbling around when changing heads/bowls/clamps and a ‘shot’ is imminent.

Makes life so much easier. Love the convenience. Bought the x1 QS-60 Receiver Base and x2 Q60 Connecting Plates package at a great price.

I have the quick release receiver base on all my tripods and the connecting plates on all my tripod heads, it lets me quickly change between a Ball Head and a Gimbal head or a Geared Head and also lets me quickly move heads between two different tripods.

Seems to holding the head and camera firmly, and the reliable operation under normal temperatures. Have not tried in cold weather yet, but should be no problem with gloves

I have multiple legs and heads. All have QS connectors attached. This is the best way to rapidly switch between heads for different jobs. Solid connections. Protects mounting threads and bases from excess wear.
