People rating this 5 stars don't know gear. It's an average pan with clamp, with a weakness namely the tightening knob is all dressed for show, but nowhere near as easy to apply force to as it could be with a better shape and rubber rather than polished metal. This knob has to be small because of it's position, so It should have 3-4 distinct "wings" to grab and twist rather than a mild knurl. It's a thing you want to tighten mightily, and they don't make it easy like they should have. This is typical in Leofoto, the knobs are very often too pretty and not functional enough. Well made so what they all are these days.
