I bet this device would hold my mirrorless camera very well but it's primary purpose will be a dashcam mount. I never want to be in a situation where the default dashcam mount falls off due to hot summer days, while I'm driving.
With this camera mount, there's an indicator that tells me when there's air in the suction cup that will compromise its holding power. All I have to do then, is to give it a few pump to expel the air during those hot summer days that cause air bubble expansion in the suction cup.
I don't have to worry about the dashcam dropping suddenly and to reposition the camera in the correct position.
So far, I've pressed the pump on occasion when my car's interior has reached about 85 degrees F. Can't wait to see this mount's performance in the summer.
