The foot that came with the lens was not Arca Swiss compatible. The Leofoto NF-05N was Arca Swiss comparable and as a bonus came with a quick detach socket. I love it.
Great fitting aluminum L plate. Design is almost perfect for my regular use. It stays on my camera 99% of the time. Pairing it with Spider Holster and Ulanzi zero Y tripod makes this accessory sync perfectly together for a walk around town photo shoot.
I saw a review on many gimbals and I was impressed with the weight, design, load limits, price and the fine tension adjustments. Very impressed with a Nikon Z9 and 500f4G balancing well on the gimbal and the nice “free spin” rotation of the setup!! I wanted to wait on the new products that are being released in a month or so (PG-2/PG-3), but couldn’t find any information on them. Although they were shown at the CO+23 in Japan, per customer support. Happy with the performance of PG-1 for gimbal for the long prime lenses !
Perfect items. Solid, Light, Nice, very Decent price ...
i am a happy customer
This is a well made ball head that handles my Sony a1 camera body and fixed focal length lenses with ease. I purchased it to use with my leofoto tripod.

Leofoto MG-40 Rifle 40mm Ball Head With Dual Arca / Picatinny Clamp
I was impressed with the fast delivery and proper packaging of the Leofoto GW-01 Geared 3-Way Ball Head and plate. Upon using the head on a job, I found it to be extremely well manufactured and offered very precise geared movement allowing for precise leveling. I highly recommend this head for Architectural Photography where precision is a must.
The NP-65 I needed was in stock and shipped very quickly. Great service! And…it's a great plate for smaller bodies if you need the QD connector.
I have had the benefit of having a few Leofoto plates previously. I already had an L plate for my R7 (leofoto a little late to R7game), but purchased as soon as available. Much happier now that I have a leofoto. Fit and finish is far superior, never been disappointed with a Leofoto plate.
This is a good value. High quality and great price.
Yes, I bought an LS-224c a few weeks ago, but I also have 7 other LeoFoto tripods. As the leg diameters are shared between all of the tripods, I can mix and match legs to make the system do what I want. My 36 series tripod uses the CEX leveling head from a 365CEX, 2 legs from a 364c with the bottom sections from 284 monopods, bringing the height to 8’. The other leg is from a 362, so it’s super short. This allows me to shoot over walls and fences. My new 224 gives me a longer leg option for my 223CEX, and I just got the LO apex to add to that kit. LeoFoto doesn’t push the interchangeability of the parts, I think that’s the real selling point.
I bought the YB-100LP to use with my LM-404C tripod and the PG-1 Gimbal head. Nice and solid, exactly what I was looking for. In case you're wondering, the sheet of paper was just to prevent any scratching until I had decided I was keeping everything, which I did :)
The leveling base allows me to make fine adjustments to the level without touching the legs.
